zgrssd✭✭✭✭Noticed that with his conversation and a few others too. Not certain, but it might only start with the Alki'r Desert. Some are just looking "over" the character without that much neck acrobatics.
Since it was only cosmetic and there was no ingame way to report this with screenshoot I did not bother reporting it.
