Help with PVP choppiness

My experience in PVP is sub-optimal. The game seems to be very choppy and this is especially very bad during large fights/sieges with a lot of players. As a result, is it very hard to use my skills or even participate meaningfully in these large fights because how choppy and laggy it is. I believe my computer…
