Down time compensation
I pre-ordered this game so that I could take advantage of the early access. So far I've been very disappointed that the game has been down so often during my play time. It was down several times during early access and has been down multiple times during my initial month of play time. I have a very limited amount of time to play so this has been hampering me pretty significantly. I've been trying to decide if I want to commit to ESO with a subscription. I feel that if we don't get additional free time before the subscription amount is deducted then I won't be subbing to this game. I'm on the fence as to whether or not I'm enjoying the game as it is. I'm familiar with the launch issues of a new MMO but I feel like ESO has been down more often than most recent launches this far out from release. I won't be subbing if we don't get the amount of down time during early access and the first initial month credited to our accounts.
