Swap Weapons (Passives)

Hello I was wondering do you still get use of the Passive Abilitys of a Bow if say its in your swap so it is equipped but your using say.... a staff?

Nope.. as the passives for the weapons state "While using a Bow" or "while using a staff"

when you switch weapons you are no longer using that weapon and the passives are switched off.

It actually says "While Equipped" that was why i was wondering because it is equipped while you switch to another weapon but thank you for clearing this up for me

If it were possible to keep your passives going, it would be kind of overpowered.
I guess that's why they turn off buffs after weapon switching as well (when i switch from my destruction spells to my restoration spells, i lose my Magelight buff because i don't use it while healing)

Well, it's not like your 'backup' weapons a reequipped really is it, you're not holding them in your hands.
