7.8 is actually a fair rating however the rating system is screwed and ppl expect a 8.5 rating at least and devs are paid by the rating. Rating is meaningless now. Not to mention the constant high rating for crappy games are screwing up the rating a lot.

The ones complaing are the ones who started playing an MMO after it has had years of being polished. "I dont understand why WOW was so polished when I started playing it 6 years after it came out...." Is basically what is happening.

I give TESO a 9.0 for the smoothest and crash free MMO launch I have ever seen. Then again, I have a clean gaming computer too. I hardly crashed in beta, and even less now.

Well you may want to consider that there are some features that are mostly agreed upon by the general MMO community that are at worst necessary evils. And even though these features were developed in previous MMO titles years ago after they were released this game should not have that problem. It feels like going back to square one on some areas and completely missing features in others. Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it and it feels like Zenimax was so intent on being original they avoided things that were needed.

Its like building the most original car ever, its so original it doesn't even have wheels, but we see that this was an oversight so we are developing the wheel right now and will get it to you soon.

Though your used to the "normal" "round" wheel, we think the new wheel we have for you is even better.

Thanks, this does look to be an interesting read. However, if this is true then ZOS was pretty foolish / naive to not have taken some of its marketing dollars an buy a 10 out of 10 review...
