Deleting or editing a ticket (or finding the number)

I submitted a ticket 2 days ago, but i solved it. Now i cannot find the ticket anywhere to delete/edit it. Where can i find the tickets i submitted to update it?

✭✭✭✭✭Unfortunately, you can't. Zenimax decided not to implement any sort of a system to let people check on the status of their tickets or update them. This is especially bad as you don't even know if your ticket got through to anyone until you get an email back about it, which (in my experience) may never happen.

✭✭✭Ok thanks. Yes to bad. Played many mmo's and mostly i found it very usefull to update tickets with additional data or delete them when the problem was already solved. Hopefully they won't break my solved item now when they try to fix the ticket
