Cyrodiil - insane lag and disconnects

"An error has occurred". I'm getting alot of this.. sometimes (like, tonight) cyrodiil is very laggy, people teleporting instead of running and random disconnects (the game freeze like if I had no internet connection, and I get disconnected, giving me the error shown above). Anybody else getting this? because, it's not always happening, sometimes when the server has even more players it doesn't happens, but there's situations when this happens with the server is almost empty. Both issues are really nasty and gamebreaking, and just to make sure I'll already tell you, it's NOT a isp/internet problem, is the server stability that sometimes seems to fail hard.

    No replies (even seeing people complaining about this on the chat), but this still happening. Once again, 1 day is ok, the other is unplayable. Server stability seems pretty wierd in Cyrodiil, and today I just can't play, I see people teleporting and my game freeze then kicks me saying "an error has occurred", like if I had a 10000 ping.

    Everyone is getting this, its ZOS's fault although I'm sure they are probably responding to users in customer support saying that its our fault and we should troubleshoot something with our ISP.
