Since Friday's patch, ESO stops responding:
It would begin to respond after hanging unresponsive for 30 seconds.
Since today's patch, ESO hangs for 30 or more seconds and then times out and kicks me to account login with an error:
- when logging out to character select
- when exiting the game
- when reloading the UI
