No we cannot as telling you our favorite classes and races would only tell you how we like to play the game. My suggestion? Pick a race and class and go at it for 10 levels and see if you like it.
Depends on what you like doing. I like sneaking around and doing spike damage. Simple Nightblade spec with some shadow/assassination/dual wield abilities does that for me, and I have a blast in pvp being a scout and going behind enemy lines.
I did make a 2h melee, mostly plate wearing, some light, Sorcerer build using shock aoe's, and that's pretty fun too. Seemed a nice compromise of what I like doing (beating stuff up and casting spells). I thought that build is fairly unique, but maybe not. Only seen maybe one or two other people doing it, and it's fun. Not so great in PvP yet, though, but it's only 18.
Race bonuses are irrelevant unless you're a hardcore min/maxer, so an "easy" race is nonsensical.
I've only tried a few classes, but they all seem pretty balanced. Personally I think class is only partially relevant to your build anyway. You could even build without using any class-specific skills and be just fine lol.
_My_ favorite race is Bosmer because I like the horns and cat-like eyes. *shrug* Sorceress and Nightblade are my favorite classes just because they have dark themes.
Anything using a bow is pretty easy. Probably the most effective for just roaming around killing everything without breaking a sweat (PVE) is Sorc/summoner/bow spec, it can take down ANYTHING even most double elite bosses with charged storm atronach.
Cmon tell me your fav class. I played dk and nb to lvl 10, not bad. Dk have some dot bug sounds that is annoying and nb is squishy sometimes.
If your Nightblade is squishy, it is because you made them squishy. You could just as easily made a NB tank. Don't get caught up in the idea that a nightblade has to be a leather wearing rogue, or that a sorcerer has to a cloth wearing, staff wielding caster. You can make the class however you want. Unlike other games, class has absolutely nothing to do with the role you play. You can be a sorcerer tank or a Dragon Knight mage. All choosing a class does is determine the class skills you will have available.
Your best bet would be to choose a class that has the class skills you like the best and then ask specific questions on how to build them for your play style.
Also, whether a build will be easy and fun for you will be based on your preferences and play style. What is easy for me may not be easy for you. I like using CC and other special abilities, and playing that way seems easy to me, but to others it may not be.
