The Seal of the Three- bugged?

Edit- I finally managed to activate it and beat him, but it took a lot of frustration and no real pattern except to watch and see if he stands (instead of moving into a floaty casting stance to reactivate the seals) still after you activate the seals. If not, you have to start over again until you get it right.
During this quest, which takes place in the Tribunal Temple, you must defeat the Maulborn priest Sathram. I have gained the blessings and am in the High Chapel of the Three where one must activate the seals to trigger him to fight. I managed to get them all deactivated for about a second before he just reactivated them. He keeps reactivating the seals no matter how many stamina potions I drink to get to them fast enough. Is there a activation order I'm doing wrong? Is it bugged? If I log out, I have to start the entire quest group over again.
I've triggered him before, but I was unable to beat him. Now I could probably whip him, but he won't fight me. Coward.

✭I don't know exactly, but I'm not sure it matters how fast you go around, it might be the order. He's a huge pain!
I finally got him with my level 25 tank. After getting killed a few times the trick was to run like crazy if he started to float. Just go in the outer circle and then run from him. I went to sneak mode and got him sort of looking for me a couple times. He doesn't seem to regenerate health so just wear him down with what you have and then run around the circle using the barrier wall as a defense. If he teleports to you, move in for some melee attacks until he starts to float and then run like crazy...
Well, it worked for me anyway. <shrug>

I found that activating the seals in the order of which I obtained the Blessings got him to continue to reactivate them, at that point I just kited him around the big circle with dots and a siphoning spell for healing (L19 Nightblade w/bow)0 -
BadjujubnsSoul ShrivenI somehow managed to lose him. He killed me in the temple chamber then followed me out when I revived at the nearest wayshrine and killed me again. Now I have no idea where he is....I've searched everywhere and cannot find him.0
