Gamebreaking: Passives bugged in PVP

at the same time i noticed this
I noticed the following...
Most of my passives are simply gone!!!
Dexterity? gone.
NAKED i have 8% Crit (in PVP), each of my daggers has a 3% bonus, im reaching 13% with them (normally it should be 14).
My bow has 6% crit bonus, also the passive Accuracy gives me additional 5%. with them i can reach the correct 19%.
the 21% from my armor passive dexterity, the 5% (or 10%) from my dualwield passive do not count at all..."twin blades and blunt" is even broken in pve, all the time...i have never seen it working.
seriously...is there even a single thing that is working?!
Im so pissed right now that i seriously think that i will quit until i read "we fixed a ton of ability bugs" in the patchnotes
