Seriously though, main quests being stuck is very damn annoying. The guy is in Wayrest for the DC, so it'll probably be in Mournhold for the EP? IIRC that's the name of the city in Deshaan.

Same issue. More precise, you see two arrows leading to Vanus, probably has something to do with it. /reloadui and /camp does not solve it.

Asked support for a reset of the quest but they did not do that, instead same old response unfortunatly.

Has been posted before and with good reason. This goes beyond a main questline being bugged, this one prevents any further progress.

As with the previous main quest-line bugs, I find it baffling that ZOS is not doing anything. I'm not talking about fixing the quest; I'm sure they're doing their best there. In other games like this, if such a pivotal quest was bugged, a request to a GM would have them simply advance you onto the next step so that it didn't spoil your enjoyment of the game for too long. Instead we get an e-mail response which, despite their claims that they are all answered by a real person, is clearly automatically generated as it takes no account of what I have written, only which quest I am reporting an issue with.

It's only been a day and a half for me. I feel sorry for people who've been stuck on this for over a week. It really does sap your desire to play the game.

get hit by the bank stealing all my items and gold.. finally get that resolved and now this quest jams me up.

They're making it really difficult to enjoy this game.

Yea customer service is useless telling me to just abandon the quest which cannot be done with a main story quest. So they're either automated responses or we're dealing with idiots.

For me they have until the 7th to fix this or the free 30 days is all I'll be playing of this game. I love the game but broken main story quest that stop progression is unacceptable and not worth my money.

I agree. I enjoy the game a lot and I've invested days of playtime into a character. This mornings patch notes do not appear to address the problem so it looks like I'll be stuck for a week at least. I'm not sure I have the patience to hold out until the 7th.

I'm getting pretty unpatient myself too. Stuck on the 'God of Schemes' quest at the moment. Might just make a sword & shield nightblade to battle the boredom...
