Error Code 303

So i logged out to deconstruct some stuff on an alt, and i was unable to get back into the game, i can log into the character select, but when i try to log onto a character i get to the load screen, the little eso symbol stops spinning, and then it briefly restarts and i get kicked back to the login screen with an error code 303 message.
