So what I mean is that you have paid for 30 days, plus you have been given 30 days playtime. Therefore you have a total of 60 days play time.
I do not believe you will get your money back. This is how it has worked with all the subscription based MMO's I have played.

They put a request to the bank to verify the credit card, they are not the ones still holding the money. Their request to hold expires 1 business day after it is sent to the bank. I would take your complaint to your bank for any monies still being held.
I can personally state that everyone I know that had any money held for verification on the 4th, had the hold automatically lifted no later than the 8th (5th and 6th was the weekend).
Consult your bank about their policies on holding funds for longer than 24 hours after verification requirement has passed.

And still it have been more than 14 days for them to do this check / validation on the Card , ive ask my bank about this and it is the game Company that holding a full month payment , even thou i have 30 days free game time , thats just wrong and Against EU law , when a game come with 30 days free play time the Company can not accordin to law , force people to pay upfront for 1 more month , thats trapping the customers and it actualy high jacking the Money on the account , and according to the law it can cost jail time if it was a person that did it and i have this from a friend that is lawyer .
And no its not normal practice that you have a Company the holds a full amount of a payment , 30+ days up front , and when you allready spent 900 dkr for a imperial edition and they do this move then its starting have stink in the air !
