well i just cancel my subscription of this game and i would like for you to release the amount of Cash your Company is holding on my bank account for subscription , i do not trust you Company or your game developers , so if i return it will be pre pay gametime Cards . your accounting policy about holding a full month on a credit Card is a very wrong thing to do , and becouse you done this i do not trust your accounting and the game admins and developers anymore.

hu? i can barely understand what you are saying....EVERY MMO has a full month subscription. (Unless you cancel it of course) u either pay 15 dollars a month or use a pre payed game card..........still isnt really any difference tbh........its that or quit completly :)

They put a request to the bank to verify the credit card, they are not the ones still holding the money. Their request to hold expires 1 business day after it is sent to the bank. I would take your complaint to your bank for any monies still being held.

I can personally state that everyone I know that had any money held for verification on the 4th, had the hold automatically lifted no later than the 8th (5th and 6th was the weekend).

Consult your bank about their policies on holding funds for longer than 24 hours after verification requirement has passed.

Yea. I may be wrong, but from my understanding you will not get that money back. The way it works is that when you pay for your first month, you then get the free 30 days.

So what I mean is that you have paid for 30 days, plus you have been given 30 days playtime. Therefore you have a total of 60 days play time.

I do not believe you will get your money back. This is how it has worked with all the subscription based MMO's I have played.

    You are wrong :)

The first time they actually charge you money is 30 days after you sign up for a subscription.

Cancel any time before that, and you pay nothing.

    If anything else is happening,I would;

    1.Talk to Zenimax
    2. Talk to bank

I am glad that you put 'I may be wrong', because you kind of are.

If you are paying via game card, your subscription access is dependent on putting in a paid game time up front to retain access and you will get your 30 days free for your second month.

HOWEVER; If you opted for Visa/Paypal/Credit Card, only a request to hold the value of 1 months sub fees was sent to the bank, not a request to withdraw. The request was only valid for 1 business day, so unless your bank operates by it's own set of rules and laws. The request that Zenimax sent to your bank will expire and the money SHOULD become available again, they did not send a request to take the money, just hold it to verify the correct details on the account/payment.

To reiterate what I posted above, if your funds have not come off hold and it has surpassed 1 - 2 business days, contact your bank to inquire their process and policies on validity holding of funds and their release times.

And still it have been more than 14 days for them to do this check / validation on the Card , ive ask my bank about this and it is the game Company that holding a full month payment , even thou i have 30 days free game time , thats just wrong and Against EU law , when a game come with 30 days free play time the Company can not accordin to law , force people to pay upfront for 1 more month , thats trapping the customers and it actualy high jacking the Money on the account , and according to the law it can cost jail time if it was a person that did it and i have this from a friend that is lawyer .
And no its not normal practice that you have a Company the holds a full amount of a payment , 30+ days up front , and when you allready spent 900 dkr for a imperial edition and they do this move then its starting have stink in the air !

Learn to bank... THEY do not still have a hold on his money, the financial institution does. Call your card company, they can explain it.

Wrong on this, my money was released by my bank the next business day.

ZOS does not touch your money until the first paid month, the authorization time frame is controlled by YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. They are who you need to call.

Call your bank back, you were misinformed.
