Random crashes : PvE and PvP

Been having a serious issue with clients crashing abruptly, sometimes without warning. These are samples on how it happens

- Initiating game for the 1st time of the day. I materialize in a crowded area of a town (usually crafting stations/bank). Game takes 10 or so seconds to render everybody in the area. Crash.
- Randomly running around doing quests/whatever. Suddenly the screen freeze. A few seconds later : Crash. Audio is still running even when the crash reporter is up.
- Talking to NPC. Doesnt matter quest or vendor. Suddenly the screen freeze. Then : Crash. Voice is still running.
- Cyrodiil when theres a zerg meet zerg situation. It starts from lag, to slideshow movement, to freeze, then : Crash

So those are the 4 instances of crash I am always getting. Now mind you I dont get these once a day or so but I've counted the last 10 crashes and it averages just 30 mins of gametime before I crashed. Some info that might be useful :

- My latency (via windows' resource monitor) is 270ms
- My nvidia gtx 670 driver is updated. Being optimized or not optimized doesnt make a difference
- The crash reporter, ALWAYS crashes when i try to clock submit
- After I close, restarting via the launcher feels slower. My computer also feels a lot slower overall
- I have the 'texture bug' that doesnt allow me to select 'high' unless reverting to default
- I still crash even after using medium settings
- I have disabled addons, delete the zos.lua, repaired the launcher, use tunelling service, disabled tunelling service, port forwarding, enable eso.exe and all 5 applications into windows firewall exceptions, disabled all manner of antivirus and whatnots, restarting computer, reinstalled drivers on my nvidia, checked for errors on harddisk, defragment, checked viruses, and restarted my computer endlessly. And it still CRASHES.

This problem has occured more and more frequently since 2 patches ago. And pls dont give me the 'your computer is crap' reason. It ran beta far smoother under highest settings than the live version.
