Can't weapon swap

Can't weapon swap on my level 15 Sorcerer, Reloaded UI 5 times, relogged 5 times atleast, nothing works. But on my other character level 28 Nightblade it works fine. All keybindings are same I'm using both of them and clicking, and clicking with skill tree open.

Second slot? I can't get to the second slot when I click it, it does nothing. It wont swap to the second slot.

I bet he/she didnt have a second weapon equipped.
I did the same mistake the first time and started checking for fixes =P
Press "I" and drag a weapon to the empty slot.

I am a high level sorcerer (at least now I am VR 2) but when I got the option finally to weapon swap a long time ago I was excited so I hit "I" to go to inventory and tried to drag a Frost Staff over to the Off-Hand slot (I had a Fire Staff in my main slot) in the character screen but I just got a message that says "That item can't be equipped in that slot" or something like that... so I tried healing staves, nothing, tried a Greatsword even just for fun but still got the same message... I just stopped trying and moved on... I still don't have the ability to weapon swap with my sorcerer. I even unequipped my fire staff (at the time) and tried to just put it in the off-hand slot on it's own and still got the same message... nothing.

Might be a bug with sorcerer's I don't know. I haven't tried it again since I hit level 17 which was ages ago.

The reason for that is that you are trying to equip a second staff to your off hand slot which isn't possible.
Try to equip the second staff to the box below your main weapon slot and not to the box beside the main weapon

Press I -> Drag a weapon to the box below your main weapon -> Enjoy.
