I need a path to fix that visual bug on my char.

I used an item in the AD faction , that was meant to make my char invisible to orcs , it was a 20 mins buff , in which my char got invisible and then surrounded by small white flying insects i believe.
Problem is , the buff ended and the small white insects did not leave , which means my char is at all times surrounded by said cloud.
I already opened 3 support tickets and ofc got 0 response on all of them , therefore im looking for help here on the forums , cause my patience has limits and waiting days and days for a fix tends to push it.
