A New Scam? In-Game Mail from (no name given) crashes ESO

So I received this mail message in-game about 15 minutes ago now:
The game then crashed, error report window popped up and everything. I filled that out, logged back into the game, and nothing had changed.
Beware?
ALSO NOTE: There was no "Report" option at the bottom of this mail message.

✭Scam? really now? In the unlikely event that this isn't a troll.
Check your email, you should have a response to a ticket you sent in regards to missing items/bank space. You should also know that you now have more gold on your character.☠ Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured? ☠

No emails received prior to this in-game mail. And, as stated and ignored, no change in-game when I got back in the game.
Have you looked at my account profile? Are those the stats of someone who trolls? I didn't think so. Insulting people who are reporting suspicious things is not appreciated.0 -
Loqe✭The chat-icon next to the mail suggest that it is a CS rep mail, and that they booted you.
Have you checked your bank to see if you got your gold/space back?0 -
If it is a Custumer Support message they should do something that definately indicates it as such.
