[Achievement|Glenumbra Angler] Hag Fen Hagfish NOT spawning?
I have depleted about 12 fishing holes around Hag Fen and after fishing through both the Lake and Foul-Water holes, the Hagfish does NOT spawn! I would like to know if ZoS can get this fixed as I have spent a while fishing for every other rare fish as this is the only one that remains for me. It would be helpful if other players can confirm this is happening to them too.
As well as this preventing to get the "Glenumbra Angler" achievement it in turn prevents the "Covenant Fisherman" and "Fisher King" achievements which blocks access to the "Master Angler" title.

just catched it on my first hole in bad man hallows, get through the portal that takes you to bad man's glen, theres foul water there.0

Madia✭✭It's completely random. Sometimes I get the rare fish on the first throw, and other times it takes ages. I spent more than 5 hours before I got the last missing fish in Malabal Tor (the Abecean Halibut), two days ago.
Team up though, if you can (e.g. ask in /zone). The more people fishing in the same spot, the greater the chance of catching the rare ones.1
