I cannot play, the screen will not load

So I am currently in the cave in coldharbour with its main story.
1. I cannot complete quest because it will not load to other zone.
2. I cannot leave because I will not load outside of zone
3. I cannot play the game because I am stuck only in the cave
I am here my second day. No I am not trolling the screen will not load. My and probably ours 30 day free times are running out while we cannot play during holidays.
I sent support ticket to Zenimax, but they replied I should set my video setting to Minimum
Ofc it will not help and I know it without being paid to do my job. Nonthless I tried it but ofc it didnt help.
How many of you have this issue? Please, will this get fixed?

The load screens are getting wayyyy out of hand. It has to be almost a 33% chance for failure when i try to load in or out of an area now. It's already made me quit playing twice in the last 24 hours; getting tired of restarting the client so much. This used to only be an issue with Cyrodiil.0
