Massive Game Lag and Responsiveness

I have only but encountered this issue most often in the beta and thought that this only occurred back then because the servers were still unstable... or during stress testing at least.

At times the game becomes very unresponsive to skills. Your skills don't work no matter how many times you press it, even though you see that the npcs are attacking you. Weapon switching lag is horrendous and needs to be fixed asap...

Checked my in game ping and it's normal as any other day, however it feels like I am playing on worse. I can still hear the people on the voip I am in and so can they hear myself without a problem.

I also get kicked out constantly for "spamming" when this issue happens.

The unresponsiveness of skills is upsetting. I'll try and use a skill, it won't work, I'll push the corresponding hotbar key repeatedly. Nothing. Then when I'm almost dead the skill will occur again and again in a pointless ineffective chain.

I understand everything is still new and the kinks are still being worked out but there's only so much time people are going to make such allowances.

Game is hardly new when it's been in testing for over a year.

Game just doesn't want to let me progress. =/ All internet connections are fine. I can chat normally in any of the channels (Say/Zone/Guild/Etc) without lag.
