Rushed launch indeed.

I have been one of the beta/pts testers since August of 2013. I have defended the game against many different complaints, ranging from the subscription model, to the rushed launch, to game play. What was the point of beta and PTS if so many of the quests that were bugged during that time, are still bugged during live? Some of these are game breaking bugs that stop end game progression completely. And all of these were known issues from that time.
Add that on top of the *** poor communication between the company and its paying clients, the lack of customer support completely, the fact that you can never get through to customer support if you call the number, which, up until a week ago, was the wrong number listed on the account page, the email contact that works periodically, and the general 'we'll look into your issue' emails in game that never actually get answered, and I honestly would consider this a crummy launch as a whole.

The game is beautiful, and has potential in terms of staying power, however the blatant disregard for your fan base, the lack of organization, the *** communication is going to break you. I have completely unsubscribed because who in their right mind would sub for an unfinished product? And it's a bummer, because aside from all that, I do enjoy the game, like so many others. And I realize I'm just a minnow in the grand scheme of things and this was probably just a money grab at best, because I really can't see this as a serious go at the big mmo of our time, but judging from the forums, I'm not in the minority.

I've said this a number of times and met with raging fanboy response.
Time to suck it up, accept you wasted your time and effort and move on.
Play out the remainder of your 'free time' and find greener pastures.

Personally, I'm giving it another month... Depending on how well implemented Adventure Zones are, and if they actually start listening to players/fixing problems that have been here since Beta... I may stick around longer.

I left WoW for this game because I liked the less 'cartoony' feel of the game, and I've been a long time fan of Elder Scrolls game in general. Blizzard has never pre-auth'd a whole month, and at the least, has always communicated, whether it was unfavorable or not, to their clientelle. I can't go any farther in the game without senseless grinding because I'm at the game breaking quests that finish the game. I would be willing to forgive that if only their *** PR didn't add insult to injury. Many are looking to the BBB, or their attorney general (or the like) for their money back. The customer support is non-existent, except for a tidbit here and there from the forum mod, who is at best, scrambling and knows it. I just can't justify a sub for an unfinished product and a company that clearly should just stick to making single player games.
