tbh the addon-system works as "well" as the rest of the game.
when an addon can crash your client, you know you fcked up.

In fact why would anyone use addons that remove the need to explore the game - is getting a 5 point achievement so urgent that you'd take away the fun of simply finding this stuff yourself and maybe looking it up if you really couldn't find it?

Add-ons should only be culpable to the API - if Zeni have changed the API, they should broadcast this fact to everyone. To not do so would only result in an increase in support queries, which would be counter-productive, and of course extremely dumb.
