Several times now I have been asked to COD high value items and then the recipient stops replying. I know this is a tactic for competition to get my wares off the market so they can sell theirs for higher prices.
As I understand it a player can leave a COD delivery in the mail for 10 days. This is obviously abused.
Will customer service take action if I submit a ticket?
