I'm also rolled back a bit, only need to re-do 2 quests. If this is the price to solve the login problems earlier today I think that's worth it.

I dont understand how rollback happens all the time in this game. It happened 3 times for me already and lost some items too and they just sent me a bot answer all those 3 times

I've been rolled back a couple times. Once about 15 min, the other closer to an hour. To be honest, I didn't even bother submitting a ticket.

Yeah same, was playing right up until the servers fizzled out, lost around a good hours worth of questing. Not happy x)

I figure making up an hour is no big deal, as long as it doesn't happen too often.

I got a rollback too... It's totally taken the wind out of my ESO'ing sails, I just gave up for the day after logging back in and seeing all the fun and excitement I had earlier this Saturday got deleted.

Perhaps we should start asking them to pause/reimburse our gametime if they keep literally undoing what we have done (not to mention making us wait a good few hours inbetween!)

Disappointed to find no comment on this from the staff here, I find it a pretty serious issue in an mmo to be rolled back, I know its not on purpose and its a bug but a comment is warranted at least to suggest they know what happened and have learned from the mistake.

I love this game but the communications from the staff need to improve dramatically.

Still no comment on this from the game staff, I would be concerned if this is something likely to repeat itself. I couldn't imagine being someone that may have looted something really nice and had this happen to them.
