Pretty much as mentioned in the title, maybe you guys should do maintaince when it is friendly for us EU players huh?
Starting to get fed up with this, I demand some kind of compensation... in general maintaince has been like this... out of courtesy, some free days of gaming or something to the people playing the game would only be fair, also if am dead when I log back into the game... you guys are going to pay my repair bill!

Ker.Rakb16_ESO✭✭✭This is not maintenance. The login server suddenly crashed, and the guild store, bank, and group systems were bugging out. If they hadn't brought down the servers, they would likely have crashed anyway.0 -

Locke_ESO✭✭✭They should really think about granting a free day or two at this point.
Problems that cause downtime are fine occasionally but this is getting excessive. With people making decisions on subscribing at the end of the month they need to be a little more willing to show that they will compensate for game time when they have problems on their end.Edited by Locke_ESO on April 19, 2014 4:53PM1 -

SBR_QuorTek✭✭✭Bad karma just bad karma, my patience is wearing thin for this game, frankly enough I love it when it works.... but all this server maintaince in the prime hours... and it is not just this one..... previous ones has also affected direct prime time like our late afternoons and the likes, it is incompetent that they cannot hire a mudcrab to turn the server off eg. 5am central euro time and back on at 11am central time... its not professional...0

SBR_QuorTek✭✭✭If anything I would like to see positive stuff before I believe it... that goes for all the MMOs I have actually played..... and for seeing customers being treated a bit more decent is a rare sight in games like this.0

Lovely✭✭✭He is allowed to complain. Their maintenance has been during prime time several times. This is not the first time.
Taking it to the absurd, what if this emergency spans over the full weekend (+the Easter Monday), we shouldn't complain, we shouldn't be compensated? We did pay for a service and we don't really expect to try to match our schedule to the game's schedule, we kind of expect that paying a monthly fee means we have access any time during said month.
If I can play only weekends during a month, after 7 pm, 2-3 days of not being able to play during that time because servers are down means I'm not really getting what I paid for.
So, either way, I can understand his frustration and he has every right to complain.

This was unplanned maintenance cause something went wrong. Perhaps they should have waited until after Easter to fix it just so YOU can play.
Dude I have been happy so far.... I havent really encountered any issues or bugs or whatever in this game AT ALL other than on the minimal level... rare falling through world and rare rendering issue having to relog... I still have the rights to complain, there is no reason to get personal, so I wont drop down to that level... for once got pissed on something and had to get some air.
