They've definitely been working on improving the forums. This wasn't posted by staff anywhere (that I have seen anyway)...but if you notice, there is now a little icon by posts that ZOS mods have posted in, and you can cycle back and forth between their posts. Now they just need to separate all the forums by language (by clicking EN, DE, or FR at the top), rather than having it all jumbled together.
But this is a massive improvement, and now people can see that they ARE answering posts. They always have been answering posts, it was just hard to see until now.
