Infinite loading screen in Cyrodiil

Sometimes I get an infinite loading screen for Cyrodiil. I know it is infinite because I left the loading screen on overnight for 7+ hours and I was still at the loading screen. The game failed to time me out, give an error, or succeed. Everyone in my guild routinely gets it and we have no recourse except to ALT F4 the game and retry. Usually within a few tries we get in right away.
I read that this was supposedly fixed in beta and you are surprised if this still happens. What further info do you need in order to fix this issue?
