The Final Assault - dropped quest, can't find NPC
I've seen others say if you drop the quest, the NPC that gives it won't spawn again, which seems to be the case. Can anyone confirm whether or not sharing this quest is possible? I've been asking in zone chat, but some jackasses trolling is the typical response.

Well after about 6 hours of trying, I finally got some nice soul to share the quest with me (offering money helped my cause) and I can confirm this quest CAN be shared.0
