Since most of the posts regarding customer service were rather negative - I just wanted to let other adventurers know, that last night I asked the customer Service, if there was a chance to get the treasure maps (those you got in bags at first log-in) back, I must have accidently sold for 3 gold, when selling all my treasure (buy-back wasnt possible, since I sold lots of stuff after that). I got a friendly and funny letter within 5 min. together with my maps.
I might have been lucky with my request - but maybe somebody who thought (like me at first) the customer service wouldnt/couldnt help, might give them a chance to help.
