Forgotten Crypts

Why can't I even get in? Is there a lvl requirement? I go to open the doors to Forgotten Crypts, and then the loading screen flashes, goes away, and the upper right hand corner says, "Your Attempted transfer failed." What gives? I'm lvl. 20

Oh, and the same thing happens in Lady Llarel's dungeon... I thought these were public dungeons... meaning you don't NEED to be in a group.

Its not a grouping problem; you can enter the group areas solo if you choose. What have you already tried?

I ran both of these this morning with no issues. Have you tried relogging?

"Failed to transfer" issue [you see it on the top right corner of your screen when trying to enter] - just relog.
