[Resolved] Husband still banned, been waiting over 14 hours for a call back
I understand alot of people have begun to be unbanned after last nights hammer and I am posting on my husbands behalf in the hopes of a speedy resolution seeing as he has also been banned from the forums.

I am posting this because his last 3 tickets related to the bank bug were ignored, and all indications are that these tickets are also being ignored as it has been almost a day since this all kicked off.
Since we play together, a ban on his account is also the equivelant of a ban on my account. Typically you provide evidence when you punish a player but I guess games are exempt from this. I'm trying really hard to convince him why he should continue to invest in a company who have branded him a thief and liar without even bothering to communicate a single message to him or return support requests.
Is there is a reason why the suspended players also have access to their subscription screens revoked? Isn't it illegal to stop people from being able to remove their credit card information from your site?
