A suggestion to stop the Gold Seller spam in Zone Chat

It really is getting out of control, and something needs to be done ....fast! At times you barely have a chance to read the chat before all the Gold Selling Garbage displaces it.
My Suggestion: - (The first part has already been suggested but I'm not sure the second part has)
a) A "Report Gold Seller" option when you right click the name, that automatically sends a ticket without the need to fill out a 'reason'.
b) If a person gets reported by 3 different players (to allow for people clicking it by mistake) the Gold Seller is banned from all Chat for 10 minutes, which continues to increase each time they are banned. Make all players aware that misuse of this to 'grief' players who are not gold sellers, will result in a 'temporary' ban.
This will at least stop the gold sellers from constantly spamming Zone chat whilst you get to the ticket that was opened for 'Gold Seller', and ban their account.
It shouldn't be hard to implement this and I don't see any downside.....
Whatever you are going to do about it though, please do it quickly!! because it needs to be stopped....now!!!

Well from what the OP said, abuse of the tool to grief other players would also be a ban, so if 3 gold sellers did do this they still would be banned
No matter what there should be a simple " click, report and ignore" feature like most other MMOs instead of having to fill out a report and then get an auto response from support

Simple solution:
Hire multiple GMs who have one job: They camp in the starter zones and look for gold farmer spam. As soon as they see it happen ONCE, they ban the account.
