Stuck loading..

I'm currently stuck behind an endless loading screen in the harborage at the moment. I've tried shutting down and reloading about 10 times now and cannot load out....just sitting and spinning.

Which area are you in? I keep getting stuck trying to enter the Harborage out side of Glenumbra
