Infinite load screens??

I know this has been addressed before but my issue is not the same one. Most infinite load screens are when logging into a character.
I never had that problem, mine loads fine into the world, but then when entering a specific dungeon (The first one seen in Malabal Tor when entering from Grahtwood in AD) just freezes for an hour without any progress. I have tried restarting my computer, relogging, everything. Nothing seems to work. So I gave up on it and went to do other quests.
I went to do one where I have to enter an Ayleid ruin, kill a few bosses, stop a ritual, and then BAM I can't get out of the bloody place because again there is an infinite load screen! I didn't have them when I entered the ruin, or when I entered the shrine (which was another location entirely), but leaving the shrine gives me an infinite load screen. They are just so random what is up with this?! Its really really frustrating.
Please, tell me you guys are looking into this. I feel like I can't do the quests in the order I want because the game just stops working.
May I also suggest that if for any reason the game is stuck in the loading screen for over 3 minutes, you set it to re-start the load?? I mean, I don't know why it gets stuck at these random places, but if you could restart the loading process after a certain amount of time in load, it would at least help me not have to quit and try again over and over.
