I have sent a message to customer service days ago and they replied at first and after what they recommended didn't work I haven't heard back from them since. I am missing out on my free 30 days game time and I don't think that's fair. Seems like a lot of people are having problems, they should extend the free 30 days or something. I know for sure I am not renewing my subscription for next month, I am not paying for something that is not playable. Maybe in a few months they will have fixed the problems...

Can customer support please contact me and help me figure out what is wrong with my game? I have really enjoyed what little I have been able to play...
