How Do You Confirm You're Banned?

I see all of these messages about being suspended or banned. But when I log into the game I get:
LOGIN ERROR
Your login information was incorrect. Please try again.
(F1) View Account (Alt) Exit
I look at my account and it's fine as far as I can see. I still have 21 days of game time. And I know my password works since I logged into my account on the site.
Does this mean I am banned?
I am not in a guild. I have 4 or 5 characters of pretty much the same build.
The ONE thing I did was put my quest reward items in the bank to give to my newest character when he turned level 4. And eventually he did the same quest and got the quest reward item again. (The bank accepted the item. So I am assuming it wasn't a character-tuned item. And I googled around to find out how I could give items to my same characters. And ESO said I could share items via the bank.)
Therefore if I AM banned, I wonder if it's because I have two of the same quest item on one character? It's the dagger you get in Bleak Isle or whatever.

deriven✭Ah apparently you guys that are banned receive an email. I've not so I guess it's something else. Oh well .. guess I'll wait for support to call me.

deriven✭Confirmed. I changed my password and sure enough I got in. SOME of you who THINK you are banned may just need to do what I did.1
