Just about, you paid to gain access and control of an account, and a subscription to access the live servers. Hang in there, they will do the right thing, eventually, I guess they are just up to the skies with things to do and there work place will be a mess. I've already seen people being reimbursed for lost time, so don't lose hope. I'm not even playing at the moment, mostly due to my sciatica and my laptops all I can play on as I'm bed ridden atm, but I don't mind as the games needing ironing out due to these blasted botters. You did not buy the game, you bought the ability to log into the game so long as they want to let you.

So after all this botting, duping, spamming madness you still assume that ZOS systems are infallible. I hope you never have to experience this situation.People who were banned or had their accounts suspended were probably abusing exploits or did suspicious transactions.
I wouldn't believe anyone who states their account was banned without cause. Don't believe all the players who say they didn't do anything or know that they were exploiting. Many MMO players are dishonest and will do ANYTHING to gain even the slightest advantage over other players. They just cry the hardest when their accounts finally get banned and pretend like they didn't realize or know they were exploiting. ect ect..
