We are currently investigating issues some players are having on the European console megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

All of these problems with deleted bank item, un warrented bans, game breaking progression halting bugs need to be fixed before ZOS should expect our sub fees. I just canceled my sub and suggest you all do the same before your recurring cycle begins.
You can always return later if ZOS gets their act together and EARNS our buisness. To continue paying for this however just sends the message that this kind of crap in acceptable. It is not. MMO launches have their issues. I know this; I have played many, but issues and broken are different things entirely.

Seriously, you can't unsub if banned? Seems that just should be something ZOE did automagically for you. Has ZOE ever done an MMO before? Sure doesn't seem like it.1

Now whilst some bugs are to be expected in a new game, you'd think after all the other MMO releases that have blown up and shed their player base, ZOE would have learnt from these lessons and aimed to avoid them.. If they get their stuff together, I will reup my subscription. I really like the game, but a strong message needs to be sent that gamers will not tolerate this sort of behavior from publishers.3 -

The fact that we are still able to post here indicates the suspension is not total - and given their mishandling of .. well.. pretty much Everything so far - there is every reason to suspect that those who are suspended are still on the billing list.0 -

And this charge happened today? The same day you were banned? LOL
My point is that it's yet to be seen if they still charge the people they've banned. It seems EXTREMELY unlikely for a company to do that. Isn't that grounds for legal action? You paid for a service, they denied you that service, that can't still charge you for it. What you've already paid is of course lost because you hypothetically broke the terms of service. But, to assume they're going to keep charging your credit card after banning you just seems like slander to make ZOS look worse.
