Just noticed, while raging around since i was unrightfully banned, i cannot even threat Zenimax with cancelling my sub, as i cannot log into my account to do so. Thats one big flaw in the system, i tell ya!

I did find that when I was banned, I can't get to my account page. That is odd, How can I address any issue if i can't get to that page?

You can still submit tickets. Be sure to use the same email address you registered with.

Nah, that was always going to happen. They had a choice of swinging the banhammer a little too wide, and getting some innocent people, or not swinging it enough and leaving a bunch of those who exploited in the game with their items. I'm just hoping they have a team of people ready to reverse the bans quickly. If they all go home for the Easter weekend, then that will be messed up.

Call your credit card company or your bank etc.. tell them you didnt authorize the charge or explain to them the situation and jave the charge removed.

They will, ban is used to often most people have suspensions that are temporary a ban suggests permanent. Son if you did get banned do what I said other wise you can either wait till your suspension is up or just dowhat I said any way lol
