For those that are Account Suspended

For all my fellow people that are suspended without a word. Did you also have the bank bug happen to you? Did you still have the 2nd set of CE/ Early access items on your characters?

Don't care if the forum trolls believe me or not. I did nothing to deserver to get ban. The little bit that I have been playing I haven't farmed anything that would cause another player to think I was botting. I haven't bought stuff from other player because I don't even have a character above level 8 right now. Did see some threads where people were talking about duping items. I have a duplicate set of CE/Early access items because of the bank bug sitting one of my characters.

The reason people got banned is item duping thru the guild bank not because of a bank bug and getting duplicate CE/early access items.

Just submit a ticket and make sure you select appealing a ban for the reason.

@Rhoric - we don't know why yet. I just got banned and I am very careful about exploiting, duping, etc. because of these bans. I know they log EVERYTHING and will eventually be able to tell. Personally didn't want to throw $85 out the window. This could definitely be linked to the multiple CE emails people got. It's certainly possible as I had 2 sets of emails. A friend of mine has 4.

I was part of a guild for 10 min look at the guild store and bank. Want to see how that was set up. Never placed and item in there or removed any items and I got banned.

I haven't gotten any duplicates of anything and I don't use the guild bank. This is f'ing ridiculous!

Same for me, had no bank bug, no duplicate items whatsoever. Just a ban.

Been sidelined and not playing since Sunday, 4/13 due to the bank bug and have never used a guild bank or "duped" anything.

When my bank was reset, I received five in-game mails with another set of early access/Imperial edition bonuses attached. I didn't remove any of the attachments and left them in my inbox.

I haven't received any notice or explanation for the suspension.

I submitted a ticket with lots of colorful words in it to express how upset I am over this. It was the 1st time I did after I got the message.

My ticket is:140418-064122.

Having done nothing wrong I was trying to figure out why my account got flagged.

I destroyed all the imperial/early access crap when i started the game (I hate pets etc) The only thing i kept was the scroll of mara because it actually has a use... but i still got banned for..... playing the game?

I've only used guild bank to put a couple of recipes in. I've never experienced anything out of the ordinary, and I only have one set of CE items. Just been playing the game like normal.

Side note about these banneds. Most other games when you get banned you lose forums privileges.

All my account that got suspended does is log on and check hireling bags and log off. period. that's it.

Had bank bug 4 times. Never dupes though guild bank or whatever other methods.

My girlfriend has been suspending an hour ago. I think that it could be because i gave her my items obtained in the chest of the treasure maps (CE Early Acces).

no bank bug here, no use of guild bank here, no trading with anyone other than to get one racial motif, and to give a guild member a set of cloth I tailored.

This is why I assume my, and others bans are a bug, not a feature. Or they really underestimate the rage created when they ban people, and the mischief they will create.

On that related note, I am in 2 guilds, both small, one with a bank, one without. Never taken anything out if it. All my gear is crafted by me or found. Sure I killed the boss in the first AD dungeon a lot, but if killing a boss on the respawn timer is a exploit, who isn't exploiting?

Plenty of non bank bug victims have been banned.

Plenty of bank bug victims have not been banned.

Doubt it, my crafting is 15-18 or so in 2 proffs, doubt that is high, and my gold is 1-4k on each of my 2 mains, under 200g on any alt.

I'm poor and haven't done much crafting. I guess it's possible that I have unwillingly interacted with duped items, that have been duped by accident in the guild bank, but then wouldn't someone else in my guild be banned too? It seems I am the only one.
I hope it's a bug, I think it's a trigger happy banbot, and I also hope it will be resolved for those of us who got banned unjustly.
