I'll start with this.
I've had billing problems day 1 at release, they wouldn't let me use my 30 days unless i subscribed but i couldn't unless i bought a prepaid card i had no use of. Which i did, as for the prepaid card it still has funds and remain unused(if i got refunded by the activation). I've been mad the whole time i tried to deal with that problem, just read my previous opened discussion.
I lost bank slots, gold and items
I got randomly rollbacked 15 mins behind, lost recently acquired items, skyshard and gold (not a huge deal but could happen again after i loot a sweet yellow item and that's a scary thought)
I frequently get infinite loading screens
I sunk thru the floor 2-3 times an hour
By the way, we're not sinking thru the floor but get "warped" away. I once got warped away from Deshaan then after 3-4 mins i landed in a wasteland, alpha version of Stonefalls. I managed to run past the mountains then ended up in Deshaan like nothing wrong just happened.
So after all this i decided to cancel my subscription and then wait by the end of this month if the game would get better. (i made a post about this)
2-3 hours after i canceled my subscription i got suspended. Coincidence? I damn wish it is or else it mean i was under the radar of the erroneous autoban system waiting for an incentive.
Or did i get suspended because i reported over 30 bots and gold sellers these past 2 days then the autoban saw it as spam.
Or i've been logging in and out around 15-20 times an hour due to infinite loading screens, items transfers between alts(bank slot wipe)
I'll post my support email if i ever get a reply today. *sigh
