Forgive me for this word, but, WTF

Check out you FaceBook page and you will realize there are a ton of pissed off people. What did I get suspended for reporting all of those Gold Farmers spamming on zone chat or emailing there sales of gold in your game. I'm I doing your job or one in which someone should have more people watching. Sorry I'm pissed cause your game is good, yet all the little things that have happened to my account just since release (not to include Beta) suck. Like my back slots magically vanished and a reply email from you (role playing that Molag Bal hacked it) that is is in the works, Since April 3rd?????? Did I open to many chests in one day???? So I started typing this about 30min into being on hold with your support team. And guess what. 45mins into it, you guys pick up and hang up on me. I literally heard his nasty breathing as he dropped the phone.

Whats going on????

I am tired. Truly tired. Since early release, five day, two days maintenance. One month free, sort of, first two weeks petitioning bank space loss, item loss, gold loss. Progression quest bugs.. and so forth. I am not progressing at all in this game. This is what people like me are thinking. The game is great, yet don't think for a second that mass banning people for no reason will end up costing you Sub's in the long run. Don't be that Game that does that. Get a team to investigate and do it properly. Not a note from some 5 year old kid saying this guy was Harassing me by killing my mob...or what ever...

wow, are you serious....check my account...what was the item? the only item that I have bought was a Necro Head piece...what dupe glitch, where is this...I have been farming chests all day...

Wrong, try again.

The item dupe was achieved by doing something with a guild bank, many being hit now aren't in guild with a bank.

I know you'd like to think all these people are dupers getting their just rewards but they're not.

You are not getting banned for reporting gold sellers. If you were then I would have as I have reported gold sellers and I can still play.

Honestly Tweek you need to just shut up. I've seen you posting this 'miracle cure' on every single thread about it. Man, I got banned and I never even withdrew anything out of a guild bank. People are genuinely getting banned for no reason, and you are pouring salt into the wound. You are going to really feel great when the 'news' comes out that they are fixing the problem.

My Question is this, Given the fact that most likely it is 90% chance of a Gold Farming Duper selling this stuff on a big Guild Store...and you have all these tickets out right now, maybe a thousand...how long is it going to take you ZOS_JessicaFolsom to UN-Suspend me and all the others? Since there are a ton of ppl being affected by this, you might want to rethink why and how you Suspended us...and I want a Master batting Monkey out of this to boot. Respectfully, ty.

You honestly need to get your act together or get a few brain cells. People here are not botters, hackers etc. This is not why we got banned. This is erroneously and it certainly seems like you want to play the game all alone.

Wow. What a train wreck. I'm sorta glad I'm not yet in a guild. My sympathies to those of you wrongfully banned. I hope this latest in a long list of screw-ups gets resolved soon.

Just because you're not in a guild doesn't mean you're safe for the ban hammer unfortunately. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why people have been banned

I was just running to a skyshard out in the middle of nowhere when i get booted and suspended. For what? I have done nothing with anyone. Why am I not allowed to log in to my account? If I cannot play then I want a full refund of every dime I wasted on this game. Please.

Yea i was banned aswell for no reason whatsoever sitting around in stormhold minding my own business when suddently i got kicked from the server saying someone else logged in on my account.

Tried to relaunch got the message "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."

Suddently a fear spread in me thinking F... id been hacked.....

I rushed to my account page only to get a note saying "You have been Suspended from this Site".

I start looking into the matter i see lots of others with teh same issue so i think there most be something wrong so i do as the suggest and file a rapport anout wrongfully ban etc.

Hoping i get a email back from them, i forget to write down the ticket number so i cant link it here, i bought the imperial edition I love this game so i subed for 6 months in advance without even having tried getting to lvl 10. now few weeks in im sitting here extremly annoyed thinking are they responding to my petition or are they all out for the holidays ?

First message on the report site said we have alot of callers we report back to you within an hour,

Hmmm fine an hour is ok, now it says we get back to you within 1 business day so im banned from this game untill next week?????

Untill about 10 mins ago i didnt even know what duped meant, and i have done no such thing, yes i have multiple characters as i wanted to experience every aspect of the game wanted to try different roles. yes im in a guild and have put items in the bank but as a member only im not allowed to withdraw items and no they have not been duped.

I seriously hope to hear something from them as SOON as possible.

If not im gonna go to my Visa accont and post the payment to Zenimax as Fraud
So they atleast dont get more of my money already paid for Imperial edition is harsh enough when you get banned.

It seems like a lot of the people who have been banned or suspended had no idea that they were doing anything to be banned or suspended for.

In my case, the only thing I can think of is that one of my characters joined in the fun of attacking a quest-monster that always gave good loot... until I realized that this might just possibly be a little too good. Then I quit doing it. But I think that was two weeks ago.

The other thing is that sometimes when one of my characters doesn't need one of his quest reward items, he'll put it in the bank for another character to withdraw, and it might happen that this other character already had a copy of it. This would make it seem as if he'd "duplicated" his quest-reward item, but, in fact, he did not. He only took out of the bank an item that one of my other characters had put into it.

I had been trying to develop a team in Ebonhart Pact: a nightblade explorer, a templar blacksmith-enchanter, a sorceress clothier-enchanter, and another sorceress who remained on Bleakrock Isle as sort of a resource harvester for the group. Since most of my characters were doing EP quests, they tended to get the same quest-reward items. Some of the items were more suited to one of my characters than the others, so, if the item was a ring, than one character might have two copies equipped. However, both of the copies were honestly earned. It's just that I distributed them, via the bank, for optimum effectiveness.
