Has anyone been suspended who had no bank issues? Are the duplicate CE maps "dupes"?

Someone just posted in another thread, like many my bank account lost the extra inventory slots twice. Each time I received the explorer pack with the CE maps. Just curious if these are showing up as "duped" items.
Because that will be a whole new level of funny....

Rantog✭✭✭✭No bank issues, haven't even finished finding the CE maps I got with the game - no copies.
Only use of guild bank was to Dump provisioning mats, and to move boots and bows from one character to another for skill - and the number was the same when they got there.
Since we still haven't been informed what this was about - as (I would Hope) they do with a real suspension, I'm maintaining the belief that it is an error of some kind.0 -
Tobiz✭✭✭Interesting, I have 2 copies of the CE maps and the pet ingame mail. I dont know why, I thought it was for the numerous bugs I filed since they did coincide rather neatly.
Edit: I have already "used" one CE mail, so this is three in total. I had the bank bug but i never took the multi mails they sent out of my mail box I even sent a ticket in for it. Just got banned now im V2 and only have 25k what the hell did I do wrong0

The same thing happened to me. I lost the bank account upgrades, the gold I had stored in bank and some items, then I received again the explorer pack. I said whatever to both. I'll just keep playing. Their errors, but I'll not get stuck on them. Probably they'll fix it...

Dallie✭✭I've still got the items sitting in their respective mails in my inbox, but haven't detached any of them. I figured if I didn't touch, maybe the bank bug wouldn't hit more than once, was wrong on that count.
After realizing it made no difference, I left them anyway because (here's a shocker) I don't have the space to store them.1 -

Maybe, but there have been a few cases posted by folks who had a friend baned for simply given them gold to buy a horse, the accounts only got un-banned when ZOS_Jessica took up the cause.Since we still haven't been informed what this was about - as (I would Hope) they do with a real suspension, I'm maintaining the belief that it is an error of some kind.

Xaveris✭I have been banned without notification or warning of wrong doing. I did not have bank issues. I have not knowingly done anything wrong. I try very hard to avoid what could be violations of TOS in any game I play and have continued that approach in this game as well. Hopefully I will be able ot get this fixed as soon as possible.0

Brydion✭Let me see if I have this right. 1. Zenimax acting totally on its own steals our banks and everything in them. 2. This bank theft is associated with some in game mails which Zenimax again acting totally on its own provided to us which contain the duplicates of our early purchase bonuses. (mine are still sitting in my mailbox in their original shipping containers) 3. Zenimax again acting solely on its own, treats our duplicate bonuses as proof of our guilt of using the dupe exploit and suspends our accounts.
If this wasn't so very sad it would be funny. Does Zenimax want this game do fail?0 -
I had the bank issue (and duplicate maps sent to me, a CSR said keep them, btw.) I have not been banned.
My wife was not impacted by the bank bug, and did not receive duplicate maps, but she has been banned.0 -
My brother was banned he never had a bank issue and wasnt in any guilds.
I was banned i do have the bank issue and am not in a guild with a bank0
