Stuck in Loading State Client

Hi... Today I have an issue with the client, its stuck in "Loading..." state while I want to start the game. Anybody can solve this issue??? its seems like this picture...

    Yeah, the bottleneck is back. Been trying to get from Deshaan to Shadowfen through the southern gated wall and been on a loading screen for 7 minutes now.

    This game not even played yet, it was stuck in launcher I was waiting almost 7 hours back then :s its still in Loading... state...

    Hello, @buffer999‌. We're sorry to hear you're having this issue! Please try the below troubleshooting step, to see if this will resolve it.

    On your Control Panel, you can click on "Internet Options" to make changes on the following two tabs:
    • Connections Tab: Click on the LAN Settings button. When the LAN Settings window appears, uncheck all the boxes and click on OK.
    • Advanced Tab: Click on the Reset button, and then click on Reset again.
    Please then restart your computer to ensure that the changes take effect, and then start the game launcher.

    Also, be aware that some modems may have a particular feature (such as Turbo Page) that can prevent certain web-related services from functioning, including game launchers and website logins.

    To disable this, you may have to navigate to your modem and deactivate this functionality. Players should check their modem's manual or contact your ISP for assistance.

    Tried this twice both on desktop and laptop, does not work. Anything else you got?

    Having the same issue and made a post here. I've also tried ZOS_MichelleA's suggestion as I described in my post and it hasn't worked for me either.

    err.

    The first suggested step just sets LAN settings to automatic (the first check will turn itself back on and defaults to automatic on). Most people never touch this unless they have weird DSL or really strange college dorm setups (in which case they will need the manual setup options). So this really doesn't do anything, unless you need it... then it breaks it more...

    the 2nd step just sets Internet Explorer to default setup... which affects ESO ...0% EDIT:(well unless the launcher is an IE window).. still should have 0 effect on game

    Just bought the game and got exactly the same problem.. Downloaded launcher, installed it and then it stucks in loading state before downloading a single file...
    Any serious ideas what could help?

    Played the game for 2 weeks and this also happened, I tried launching the game from the eso.exe file but the client is outdated. Glad to see I'm not the only one suffering from this problem, I hope they fix this soon as I can't even play the game now.

    Same problem here, running normal then the launcher stopped working and stop updating the game, tried to reinstall but don't work. Using windows 8.1

    Is the a Zenimax bug due to messed up coding or an internet issue? Also, is there a way to download a patch without the launcher? An external way, I mean. Because if we can download the patch externally, we can just run the game using eso.exe.

    That's what I'm thinking. If there's a manual way to update the game then that'd be great. I'm hating this launcher.

    I've tried this before, and its still doesn't work at all. Even somebody in the fanpage said that I should reinstal the client, I've tried this 'reinstal method' also... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I still get Loading state before its patching the game.

    And actually I've tried ping test to elderscrollonline.com, it still work -_- nothing happen with my ISP i think, coz I still can play Aion, FF14:ARR very good.

    Please solve this issue ASAP, i waste 2 days in the subs day... :(

    Have you tried disabling any antivirus and/or process protection software? I've noticed i get quite clear of some issues disabling mine temporary just when launching the launcher and the game.

    Yep, I've tried this too... Even I've bypassing my firewall also, its still wont work... This is my first time experiencing this kind of issue in my online gaming life so far :neutral_face:

    This worked and it fixed the problem permanently too. I was able to pause the launcher from downloading the patch (so I do waste my 3G data on it), switched to my regular wifi and update the game from there. I tried closing the launcher and was able to re-launch normally. Hurrah!

    I've tried this method with 3 different 3G ISP in my iphone, ipad, and HSDPA modem (To make sure is it ISP problem or what)... Its still stuck in Loading state... Similar with pic above... I just send report data from Game Consultant App in TESO folder to the technical support... Hope they learn something from it and fix it ASAP

    This worked for me, too. Thanks a lot, I feel stupid for not trying this out before.

    I had this exact same problem when I tried to load game for the first time near the end of March. Pretty sure it was some kind of malware on my system messing up the works. The solution for me was to reinstall (not upgrade) my computer's Operating System. Everything has worked perfectly since.
