Hmm.. Suspension? For what?

Maintenance for the week of March 24:

Anyone else being told they're Suspended from this site?
I am able to use it fine, except when I try to access my Account page - at which point it says I'm suspended, and I'm unable to log into the game as well.

I got no email or anything suggesting they had mistaken me for a bot or anything, si I'm curious if this is a problem with the maintenance.

    Exaclty the same thing happend to me, just after it happend i tried to log back in and got the error message saying my account was acessed from another computer. Tried again and and now it just says wrong UN/PW... tried logging on the site and was told my account has been suspended.. Tried using the the reset PW link to change it, same thing. Iam really starting to get annoyed with these constant account/server issues, if there are 1 or 2 more i think ill just cancel sub and go back to ToR :(

    Yup... I am having this issue as well... I am extremely irritated with this, especially the fact I had no email notification

    I'm trying to be calm, and just HOPE that this will get rid of a good part of the hacks, bots, and gold spammers...

    But I paid $ for the game, and have not used Any cheats of any kind, purchased or sold gold, or traded materials.
    I'll be patient, for a Short Time - but the fact that they have not sent any emails, responded to my ticket, nor made any announcements regarding this --- is making me grumpy :disappointed:

    you probably did the guild bank dupe.

    Unlikely, since the only use I've had for the Guild's bank is dumping the Provisioning mats I find (not wasting points on provis), and to move 11 shoes and 14 bows from one character to the other to get skills high enough for hirelings.

    And I suspect that for an Actual suspension, an email would have been issued. So far it doesn't seem that Anyone hit with this has been told what it was about.

    I just had the same thing happen to me at around the same time. Not sure whats going on. I have barely used the guild bank at all and the only items I have removed have been a few pieces of gear for Research purposes.

    Has those who just got suspended also had the bank bug? Could be they fixed the bank issue just to have it suspend the players with that bug instead.

    I can't tell if he's saying it is a bug or if it's intentional and they'll investigate My case. *sigh*

    We really need a general update response to this. It's not just a couple of people, who are affected by this. The facebook page is filling up with reports of bans. Some feedback would be nice. What is going on?????????

    I had something rather similar happen to me just now. Got disconnect while in a dungeon, with the message "account accessed from another computer". Since then I can not log back in, neither game nor website login. I have reset my password three times now, everytime got a "reset success" email. But when I try to login I get "incorrect login information".

    And no I have not done anything against the rules, pretty certain of that.

    Getting really really tired of all those bugs in Eso.

    It is starting to seem like they caught the ban bug and started banning before investigating. Not a smart move.

    I seem to have been suspended as well and I have never even used a guild bank. I also don't believe I ever bought anything off anyone. I've sold stuff, but stuff I got myself through legitimate means.

    As i said on FB - I am willing to go through the appeal process since I haven't broken any rules - but the fact that Zenimax isn't Informing us of Anything - is simply Unprofessional.

    Do they actually send any explanations during normal banning? Is it just normal people banned for no reason who did not receive explanation, or they just never explain whatever decision they made??

    I don't know, but I would Expect that they would send an email informing someone they were banned - if that were actually the case.

    You actually received a response, albeit canned, I haven't even gotten that.
