I'm also suspended, and have definitely not been doing anything to warrant that. Heck, I haven't even been playing since 4/13 because of the bank bug.

Given the huge number of people in the same boat, this looks like another snafu.

I left a call-back request with support, and hopefully they can straighten this out.

At the very least, I need to be able to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the game purchase if this absurdity continues -- I can't even do that now, because I can't even access my account.

This would be funny if it wasn't so time-consuming and expensive.

An item duped, is a duplicate of a certain item.
Sometimes ( pretty often ) in new MMOs mechanics sneak in where it is possible to copy some of your stuff, and then some people take advantage of this to get lots of the best stuff, sell it earn lots of gold etc etc.

This was even done way way way back in 1997 on the MUD I was playing on

Thanks for the answer. I would of figured that wouldn't be possible. Only thing I can come up with is they considered all the gold sellers I reported as spamming.

Well i sure as hell was not doing that but from the sounds if the rest of this post i think i must have got banned because i have 8 alts and sometimes swap between them quite a bit to move stuff about when my bank is full i shift loads to alts i dont really play proper yet.. And they banned me for that, sheesh. Maybe they should give you more bank slots then at the start (upgraded mine to 100 slots and im not paying the huge gold increase for another 10 slots yet).

I'm a victim as well. At least I'm not alone, cold comfort eh? NA Megaserver for me, saw some comments about only EU people getting suspended but that isn't the case.

Ticket submitted. Hoping to hear from Gina or the team on the issue here since it seems to be a pretty big mess.

Guys, if you haven't done anything wrong and are banned - remember whether you were hit by the bankslot bug as well? If you did - they sent you another copy of pre-order bonuses (maps, etc.). Is there anyone who was banned but did not have those items send to them? Perhaps they are banning people for being affected by their own bug and ZOS response to it...

Got booted a bit ago as well...got hung up waiting on hold once...put a ticket in on the website 140418-060112. Never had these problems in any other game....just plain stupid.

First time it took 4days of early access to get a reply, an apology, but was never told why.

ZOS apology promised they would do better next time, well it's next time & it's begun with no information just like the 1st time.

But, isn't the CE Duping a bug that ZOS made when they *** up the bank? Every time a player got their bank slots reset, they also got the CE items resent to them. They knew about this and this is their reaction to their own ***-up?

Same here, and if by any accident i also get banned i'm ready to wait couple of days for it to be lifted, just to play cheater/moron free MMO.

Also don't forget that many in these forums who cry out loud may actually be the worse case cheaters and exploiters in game. Not refering to anyone sepcifically in this thread but i'm sure there is those here aswell.

this is ridicules, instead of fixing the issues, they ban ANY customer, who logs off and on, even if its not indented, but their system did? guys helloooo...

Just bring down the servers, even if it takes 24 hours, make the fix and bring them back on. This is hilarious.

I am getting angry with this things, because it's a company and their issues, that they cause u problems and they blame u for it. You feel unsafe.

And now that their system is stuck in loading screens and people force quit the game? They force log off and login on again, are we going to be banned for it?
