Cannot log in now due to the zone loading issues...

I couldn't load into the next zone and so I restarted my client a couple times trying to get the load to work since the zone would never load. I was able to log into my character several times but it always put me back in the zone I had started from and not the zone I was trying to go to. Out of frustration I decided to just let it take as long as it would take and let it sit at the loading screen. After an hour it logged me out saying there was an error, so I logged back in only to be met with another infinite load screen to the zone I had been trying to get into (shadowfen). So now I cannot log into my character....I need help like...now please!

How am I supposed to go about contacting support so I can get it fixed so I can log back into the game?

Yup. I was locked in a dungeon, and now stuck on infinite loading screen into Stormhaven.
