Collision on friendly npcs

I understand collision with mobs was added for the feel in combat, and I quite like that, but do we really need collision with friendly npcs in towns?

There are so many places where it's just a pain in the ass.

1) running through town, slam to a dead stop hitting multiple npcs
2) the wandering collector in Vuhkel Guard bank, it's like having a stone pillar that keeps moving around the room, blocking your way for kicks
3) npcs in the field standing directly in the entrance of tents. There was one with a lore book inside, I had to keep jumping around at the npc until I managed to slide through into the tent
4) non aggressive mobs can actually interrupt node gathering, by pushing you out of the way

Please make collision only with combat capable mobs!

Pets causing collision also, had a whole group of players literally blocking a bank entrance with pets. They need to fix this.
Also Collisions from ghost / shades, why?

Yes, I've had collision on the twilight matriarch several times, very annoying.

I actually have mixed feelings, since it does add to a bit of realism. Though the potential to be completely blocked should be addressed, there's something about having collision that makes them feel more life like, for me at least.

The one that bugs me the most is that woman that likes to sweep the floor for half an hour right in the middle of the only doorway. I got trapped in a building because of her once. It reminded me of having a follower in Skyrim, except I couldn't just shield bash her to knock her out of the way.

I too was trapped in a small room of a tavern when an npc walked over to the only doorway out of the room and stood there for a good while. It was then that I wished I could still fus ro dah

Or at least when you pushed at an NPC in Skyrim, they say something about your rudeness and get out of the way. I'd take that over turning all NPC collision off again. I remember that during betas... huge immersion breaker.
    Living vicariously through my characters.

    My Girls:
"If you were trapped in your house for, say, a year, how would you pass the time?"

Nephikah the Houseless, dunmer assassin: "I suppose I could use the break. I have a lot of business holdings now that need management."
Swum-Many-Waters, elderly argonian healer: "I think that I would enjoy writing a memoir."
Silh'ki, khajiit warrior-chef: "Would this one be able to go outside, to the nearby river? It's hard to fish without water!"
Peregrine Huntress, bosmer hunter: "Who is forcing me to stay inside, and where can I find them?"
Lorenyawe, altmer mechanist: "And why would I want to go outside in the first place? Too much to be done in the workshop."
Lorelai Magpie, breton master thief: "I'd go nuts. Lucky for me, I have a little experience sneaking out!"
Rasheda the Burning Heart, redguard knight: "I would continue my training to keep my skills sharp."
Hex-Eye Azabi, khajiit daedric priestess: "I suppose it would be lucky, then, that I built a shrine to Mephala in my backyard."
Yngva Stormhammer, nord bandit (reformed...ish): "I hate being inside even when I'm not forced to be. GET. ME. OUT."
Madam Argentia, vampire dunmer aristocrat: "I suppose it would be more of the same. I have a rather... contentious relationship with the sun."
Mazie gra-Bolga, orc scout: "Uh... I'd have to house train my bear..."
Felicia the Wanderer, imperial witch-for-hire: "What Lorelai said."
Calico Jaka-dra, retired khajiit pirate: "This one would like a rest from her grand adventures. Her jewel shop runs out of stock!"
Shimmerbeam, blind altmer psijic: "Provided that I am confined to Artaeum, I do not think I will want for things to occupy my time."
Shauna Blackfire, redguard necromancer: "Sounds like paradise. I hate people."
Kirniel the Undying, cursed bosmer warrior: "I would feel useless, not being able to fight."
Echoes-from-Dragons, argonian who thinks she's a dragon: "All the better to count my hoard!"
