• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)

Basically patch 1.4 only fixes...

What about the main quest line!?
Bots, hackers & cheaters

Those are more high priority than few lost items...

    Wait a minute - reading the patch notes, items will no longer autostack in the bank? This means that I will have to take out everything that will need to be added to, so it will first stack in my inventory - THEN put it all back?

    Not really. For one, the big fix was to stop duping, and secondly, if you want to craft and not spend 2 hours a day on mules passing items, wondering if your bank will get lost at any moment, yeah its a bigger deal than a broken quest.

    The final main quest is broken its a bigger deal then the dumb ass bank!

    They might not have the quest fixes ready yet, the bank bug was probably the most high priority issue currently plaguing the game.

    As for the botters that's going to take a little more work and probably wont be a patch for the clients but stuff done behind the scene by their security department to help detect and ban them faster.

    Clearly you haven't been affected by the bug. Or maybe you're just a masochist.

    Going through this game with 60 bank slots, lost items, lost upgrades, lost gold, spending literaly hours having to constantly swap between bank mules to transfer items because the bank can't be trusted, having your help tickets marked as closed /solved when they AREN'T, REPEATEDLY, dealing with completely asinine CSRs that don't know anything about the issue or don't even bother reading your help tickets AND the fact that it's been an issue since beta and they went live with it anyway.

    This ISN'T about lost items, it's about data integrity and loss, not to mention horrible customer service that sometimes doesn't even reply to help tickets (some people have been waiting for weeks without a word).

    That said, I won't for one minute claim the other issues are unimportant, but dismissing the "bank bug" is just stupid.

    it takes them 4-5 hrs to do that piddling amount of updates???

    They have no idea what they are doing, they have completely failed with this game, everyone lost tons of items and gold and they wont restore it, by far the worst and stupidest develo0per team I ever encountered.

    EDIT - Not to mention they keep disabling everything since they are broken... bank,mail, guilds...

    Also, the "bank bug" seems to be related to the "lose all skill points bug", so yah, it is a priority...

    Everyone? I haven't lost anything, and my main story quest wasn't bugged. They are still big issues... but to say "everyone", is not even close to accurate.

    And they will restore it... when the problem is resolved.

    Man I wish people could pay attention.
